Is there wheelchair access?
Unfortunately not, we have a step to get into the salon and further steps into our backwash area.
Do you offer haircuts for children?
We don’t have a different pricing structure for children, but they’re more than welcome. All children should be supervised by an adult to avoid any potential disruptions to other guests.
Is there an age limit for hair colouring services?
We are allowed to offer hair colouring services to anyone over the age of 16. However, from experience, there can sometimes be miscommunication between what both child and parent are looking for. Therefore we now prefer to offer hair colouring services to anyone 18+ where they can carry out their own consultation with our team.
Do you offer walk-in services?
We are an appointment based salon, however if there happens to be availability when you arrive, we would be more than happy to welcome you into the salon. Please note, a skin patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to a hair colouring service.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, by contacting the salon and informing the team with at least 48 hours notice. Please see our Booking Policy for further information.
What happens if I do not turn up for my appointment?
If you fail to inform us you will not be attending your appointment, your deposit will be lost & a NEW deposit will be required to reschedule. If you have not been asked to pay a deposit, a no-show fee of either £15.00 or £30.00 will be required before a new appointment is offered to you. Please see our Booking Policy for further information.
Are there any car parking facilities?
Yes, we are lucky enough to have free parking available in the streets surrounding the salon.
Do you allow dogs in the salon?
No, we pride ourselves on offering a calm, clean and safe environment for all our guests and kindly ask that your furry companions are left at home. .
Do you require a skin patch test before hair colouring services?
Yes, a skin patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to a hair colouring appointment. The same rule applies to existing clients who have not returned to the salon for 6 months.

Do you offer fringe trims?
Our existing colour / haircut clients are more than welcome to pop into the salon, without an appointment, and wait for one of our stylists to trim their fringe when they are free. Otherwise, a fringe trim can be carried out alongside a Blow Dry appointment.
