Booking Policy

Appointments can be made by contacting the team by telephone, email or via our salon social media pages. All clients will receive an email to confirm details of their appointment and an SMS reminder 2 days prior to their appointment date.


We are required by UK Law to do a skin patch test for NEW / LAPSED colour clients.


Consultations are recommended for ALL new colour clients (as well as returning clients we have not seen for extended periods or wish for a change). A Cut & Consultation is the best option if you're not sure what you're looking for colour-wise (and your skin test can be done at the same time).

Deposits / Cancellations

A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment depending on the length of time booked with your stylist; either £15.00 or £30.00 will be taken at the time of booking and deducted from your bill on the day.


The Salon operates a strict 48hr cancellation policy - this means that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment PRIOR to this time frame the deposit is fully transferable / refundable. 


If you fail to give us the minimum 48hrs notice, the deposit will be lost & a NEW deposit will be required to reschedule. If you have not been asked to pay a deposit, a cancellation fee of either £15.00 or £30.00 will be required before a new appointment is offered to you.
